Our Policy

Product Freshness and Availability

  • Flowers are living things and may not be at peak bloom upon delivery. 

  • Substitutions of flowers or containers may occur due to seasonal availability and market conditions, with replacements guaranteed to be of equal or greater value. 

  • Closed flower stems, like lilies, may be received, but they will open over several days for your enjoyment.

Product Care

  • Cut flowers may last 3-5 days with proper care, including regular stem trimming, water changes, and avoidance of direct sunlight, heat, and drafts. 

  • Flowers should be kept in a cool place away from direct sunlight, heat, and air conditioning. 

  • Specific care instructions may be provided for different types of flowers or arrangements

Safety and Use

  • Floral products are not for consumption and should be kept out of reach of children and animals. 

  • Some flower types, like Oriental lilies, can be harmful to pets

Changes and Substitutions

  • Changes or substitutions may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as seasonal availability or market conditions. 

  • The florist will strive to provide similar or higher value replacement

Customer Responsibilty

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for reviewing and understanding the florist's policies. 

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products are kept in a safe and appropriate environment.

Replacement/Refund Disclaimer

  • As we are working with a fresh product, issues can arise from time to time. If for some reason you are unhappy with your delivery/floral arrangement, please contact our shop ASAP. In the event of premature dying or lack of freshness, our policy is that evidence MUST be provided via a photo or return of flowers. (5 day freshness guarantee) as long as you follow care instructions given.

  • A replacement/refund can be issued with adequate evidence. If no proof can be given, a refund/replacement may not be given. All refunds & replacements are made at the manager's discretion. 

  • Photos must be emailed to theflowercircleqld@gmail.com with your order details.
