Flowers are living things and may not be at peak bloom upon delivery.

Substitutions of flowers or containers may occur due to seasonal availability and market conditions, with replacements guaranteed to be of equal or greater value.

Closed flower stems, like lilies, may be received, but they will open over several days for your enjoyment.
Product Care

Cut flowers may last 3-5 days with proper care, including regular stem trimming, water changes, and avoidance of direct sunlight, heat, and drafts.

Flowers should be kept in a cool place away from direct sunlight, heat, and air conditioning.

Safety and Use

Floral products are not for consumption and should be kept out of reach of children and animals.

Changes and Substitutions

Changes or substitutions may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as seasonal availability or market conditions.

The florist will strive to provide similar or higher value replacement

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for reviewing and understanding the florist's policies.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products are kept in a safe and appropriate environment.
Replacement/Refund Disclaimer

As we are working with a fresh product, issues can arise from time to time. If for some reason you are unhappy with your delivery/floral arrangement, please contact our shop ASAP. In the event of premature dying or lack of freshness, our policy is that evidence MUST be provided via a photo or return of flowers. (5 day freshness guarantee) as long as you follow care instructions given.

A replacement/refund can be issued with adequate evidence. If no proof can be given, a refund/replacement may not be given. All refunds & replacements are made at the manager's discretion.
